Suder, LLC, a leading Cincinnati-based law firm with a focus on real property rights, real estate, land use, and zoning, has an immediate need for a lawyer with the following qualifications:

• Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio;  

• 3-5 years practice experience;  

• Experience litigating in Ohio courts;

• Excellent writing and analytical skills; and

• Knowledge, experience, and a strong interest in real property law.

The ideal candidate would be located in Cincinnati, Dayton, or Columbus, but attorneys anywhere in Ohio will be considered. Although remote work is available, applicants should be willing to travel from time to time as firm and client needs may require.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, and an incentive is available for business generation.
