In 2020-2021, Sean served as lead land use counsel for the $50 million conversion of the former headquarters of Crosley Radio Corp. into 175 to 250 apartments, with a focus on providing units to artists.

In 2018, Sean served as lead transactional counsel on sale/leaseback financing for a new 18-story downtown apartment tower anchored by a new multi-level Kroger store.

Trail-Oriented Multi-Family
South Lebanon, Ohio
In 2020, Sean served as lead land use counsel on the rezoning of the property to permit 416 apartments across eight buildings on the Little Miami River Trail.

In 2020, Sean served a lead transactional counsel on the acquisition of the 32-story Millennium Hotel across from the Duke Energy Center in downtown Cincinnati.

In 2018, Sean served as lead land use counsel on the rezoning for a new 36,000-square-foot facility for the Society of St. Vincent DePaul Cincinnati, that includes an expanded food pantry and charitable pharmacy, a homelessness prevention services area, chapel, health clinic, call center and conference area.
